Orders
Search every order, resend unpaid invoices in bulk, and fulfill or refund from the order page.

The Orders list is the front door to every sale — web and POS, courses, gear and trips. Each row opens an order page that reads like a receipt with the actions for that order’s state. Both need the admin, manager or sales role.
Search and filter
- Search by order number, student or purchaser. The header shows the match count and total collected, net of refunds.
- Status filter: Pending, Paid, Partially refunded, Refunded, Cancelled, plus "Abandoned carts" and "Unpaid — needs a call" (every reminder already sent).
- Channel filter: Web Order or POS Order. "Show more" loads the next page, and the address bar keeps your filters.
Resend unpaid invoices
- Rows that are pending emailed invoices get a checkbox and a "Resend" button.
- Tick "Select all unpaid invoices shown" or pick rows, then press "Resend N invoices".
- The banner reports how many went out and any failures. Changing a filter clears the selection.
The order page
- Customer, "Bought by" when a parent paid for a child, the payment method, and "View in Stripe ↗".
- Lines with "For:" naming each enrolled student, then the totals including Received and Refunded.
- "Gear fulfillment" shows pickup or ship, the address, live tracking, and the same "Given to customer" / "Shipped" ticks as the New Orders board.
- "Course fulfillment" lists each student’s eLearning state with the "eLearning sent" tick and "Open training record →".
Actions by state
- Pending: edit the invoice lines, "Resend Invoice Email", "Mark Paid (Cash/Check)" for someone who paid in person, or "Cancel Invoice" / "Cancel Order".
- Paid: "Email Receipt" (or "Resend Receipt"), and "Refund" — a partial amount or "Full Refund (remaining balance)".
TipAn emailed invoice stays editable until it is paid. The link in the customer’s inbox is derived from the order, so it keeps working and shows whatever you save.
CarefulCancelling an invoice deactivates the payment link the customer was emailed. They can no longer pay it; send a new invoice from the register if they still want to.
