What your customer sees
The pages, emails and portal a student goes through, so you can answer “what do I do now?” without looking.

Everything a customer touches lives at yourshop.divedesk.io (or your own domain — included in every plan). It is the same for every shop, themed with your name, colors and logo.
Buying
- A course page: description, price, what’s included, FAQ, and an Enroll button that opens a card checkout. Trips work the same with a deposit.
- The class calendar: upcoming classes with open-spot counts and a signup link for each.
- The gear shop (if you sell gear online): search, cart, discount codes, pickup or ship.
Emails they get
- A receipt for every payment, with your shop name and order number.
- A waiver link right after enrolling, and again if they haven’t signed before class.
- Class info: venue, time and what to bring, when you press Send Class Info.
- A signing link for their training record, and the signed referral form afterwards.
- Shipping: a tracking number the moment a label is printed.
- Trips: installment reminders, and a heads-up before an autopay charge.
Their portal
At /portal a customer signs in by a link emailed to them — no password to forget. They can create their own account, see their courses and what’s next, their orders and tracking, upload paperwork like a medical clearance, and ask a question that lands on your Leads Board. Parents see the courses they bought for their kids.
TipEvery email has a one-click unsubscribe for marketing mail. Receipts, waivers and signing links still send — those aren’t marketing — unless the customer asks you to stop all email, which you can do from their contact profile.
