Leads Board
Every website inquiry and portal question as a pipeline you move cards along.

The Leads board is your chase list. Anyone who fills in the website contact form, asks a question from the customer portal, requests a private session, or asks to be notified lands here as a card. Move a card as you work it.
Where leads come from
- "Website inquiry" — the contact form on your site.
- "Portal question" — a signed-in customer asked something from their account.
- "Private session" and "Notify me" — the matching forms on course pages.
Reading a card
Each card shows the name, the date, the type of inquiry, the course they asked about, how soon they want to start, and the group size. Any note they typed is shown in full. Tap the email or phone to write or call directly. "Profile →" opens the contact this lead created, and "Edit →" opens the raw lead record.
Moving a lead
- A new lead sits in "New". Once you have reached out, tap "Mark contacted".
- When they buy or book, tap "Converted ✓". Converted only means they bought or booked — it does not create an order.
- Tap "Close" for a lead that went nowhere. A closed card offers "Reopen" if they come back.
TipA lead automatically creates a contact by email, so the "Profile →" link is usually there from the start. That contact is where you text or record notes.
CarefulThe board loads the newest 300 leads. Older ones are still in the raw Leads list, reached from a card’s "Edit →" link.
