POS Register
Ring up courses, gear, trips and air fills at the counter — card on the reader, cash, check, or an emailed invoice or quote.

The register sells everything in your catalog at the counter. Only admin, manager and sales staff can open it.
Find what you are selling
- Search matches names, SKU, UPC and part number. A barcode scanner types into the same box and an exact code adds the item.
- Department tabs narrow the tiles. Only gear listed on your storefront gets a tile, but search reaches the whole catalog.
- A product with sizes or colors opens a "Pick an option" list.
Courses versus gear
- Gear taps merge into one line. Each course tap is its own line with a "For:" person you can Assign for a family sale.
- A course sale needs a customer, or a "For:" person on every course line. Charge refuses otherwise.
- Courses and trips are not taxed; gear and rentals are.
CarefulA course tile that reads "Set price" has no price in your catalog. Tap the price on its cart line and enter one, or you will sell the course for $0.
Attach a customer
- Pick who is ringing the sale in "Sold by".
- Type a name, email or phone in "Add customer" and pick a result, or choose "+ New customer".
Take payment
- Card: tap "Connect S700 reader" once, then Charge. Cash or Check records the sale with no card.
- Invoice emails a payment link with no expiry. Quote emails an offer the customer can accept within 30 days.
- Discount: an amount, or a website code via "Apply". "Tax (exempt)" needs a reason.
- "Custom charge" adds a one-off line. A $0 total must be recorded as Cash.
TipTapping a line price opens the price editor. "$0 — store use" pulls gear from stock without counting it as a discount.
After the sale
The "Payment complete" panel offers "Email receipt" if none went out. A course sale prompts "Set up student". Then "Start new sale".
CarefulIf the card went through but the screen reports a recording error, do not charge again. Press Charge once to retry the sync, or check Orders and Stripe.
