Send a priced offer the customer can accept later — no order and no charge until they do.

A quote is a price a customer can accept within 30 days. Unlike an invoice, which emails a live payment link right away, a quote creates no order and charges nothing until the customer clicks Accept.
Build and send a quote
- Open the POS Register and add the items exactly as you would for a sale, including any discount.
- Attach the customer, or leave it blank and you will be asked for a name and email when you send.
- Choose the "Quote" payment method and press "Send Quote". The customer gets an email with a link to view and accept it.
The Quotes list
- Search by quote number, customer or email. Filter by status: Sent, Accepted, Expired or Cancelled.
- The header totals every Sent quote as "still awaiting a reply".
- Click a row to open the quote page.
The quote page
- Shows the customer, the expiry date, each line, and the subtotal, discount, tax and total.
- While a quote is Sent you get "Resend Quote Email" (same email, same link) and "Cancel Quote".
- "Edit details" opens the raw record for anything the page does not cover.
What happens on accept
When the customer clicks Accept on their link, the quote becomes a real order plus a Stripe payment link, and they are emailed that link. The quote shows "✓ Accepted" with an "Open order →" link. The order sits in Orders as pending until they pay, then follows the normal fulfillment flow.
TipAccepting twice (a refresh, or the same link forwarded) hands back the existing payment link. It never creates a second order.
CarefulQuotes expire on their own after 30 days. An expired quote cannot be accepted — send a new one from the register.
