See who has which set, check a set out to a customer or a class, and confirm every piece comes back.

Rental Gear tracks numbered sets — see who has what, check gear out, and confirm every piece comes back. Each set is a card: Set 7, a status pill, a size label like M wetsuit / M BCD, and its pieces. The strip at the top says All rental sets are in or lists every set out right now with the customer’s name.
Create a set
- Click + New set (Admin and Manager only).
- Give it a Set # and a Size. Add each Piece with its Size and Serial # — + Add piece for more.
- Click Create set. Set numbers sort numerically, so 10 comes after 9.
Check out
- On an Available set, click Check out →.
- Search customers… and pick a name, or type a name for a walk-in.
- Set Due back and click Check out. The card now says Out to that person and the due date.
Sets checked out from Class Day show (class day) on the card instead of a rental.
Check in
- On a Checked out set, click Check in ✓.
- Every piece is ticked by default under Confirm everything came back. Untick what is missing or damaged; the pill flips to ⚠ Something missing.
- If anything is unticked you must write what is wrong in What’s missing or damaged? — the check-in refuses without a note.
- Click Check in ✓, or Check in (incomplete) when a piece is missing.
CarefulAn incomplete return moves the set to Needs maintenance and it stops being offered for checkout. Fix it up, then flip it back to Available on the set record — the card links there. There is no button on the board for that on purpose.
Recent returns at the bottom lists the last 20 check-ins, with an INCOMPLETE badge and the note where one was left.
