Audit log

Audit Log lists every staff create, edit, delete, and login — newest first. Field names only; values never leave the record. It is read-only by design: nothing here can be edited or removed. Admin only.

Find an event

1. Narrow by collection (contacts, orders, products, users and so on), by action (create, update, delete, login) and by window — Last 7 days, 30, 90, or Last year.
2. Type a Staff email… to see one person’s activity, or a Record name / id… to see one record’s history.
3. Click Search. The count of matching events sits at the right of the filter bar.
4. Page with ‹ Newer and Older ›.

Reading a row

• When and Who. A row with no person shows system — an automated job or a webhook.
• Action, Collection, and Record. The record name links to the record itself unless the action was delete.
• Fields changed — the names of the fields an update touched. To see the new value, open the record.

If the page says the audit table hasn’t been created on this shop yet, the platform migration has not run for your database; events start recording the moment it does.
