Classes overview

Classes (/admin/classes-overview) is the schedule. Upcoming classes sit under Up next, soonest first. Past classes are collapsed at the bottom.

Reading a class card

• A Today badge marks a class running today. A cancelled class is struck through with a CANCELLED tag.
• The pill after the title is the class type: Pool Class, Lake Class, Private Class or Event.
• One chip per class day shows the date, Pool, Lake, Ocean or Classroom, the venue’s city and the show-up time.
• On the right, the roster status reads “N / capacity spots” with a progress bar, or “N signed up” when no capacity is set. A Full tag appears when the roster is at capacity.

Work the roster from the card

1. Tap the roster count to open the inline roster. Each name links to the contact, and a tag says whether they self-signed or were added by staff.
2. Type a name in “+ Add student” and pick the result to add them. Their training record links automatically.
3. Tap Manage full roster → to set attending days or send class info from the class editor.

Actions

• Run Class Day opens the class in Class Day for attendance and check-offs.
• Edit opens the class editor.
• Copy signup link copies the public self-signup page for that class.
• + New class at the top opens Post a Class.
